We suggested Mr. M to investigate the best-selling automotive filter products in the market. We budgeted the production cost after customer sent the OEM mumbers of filter elements to us. And we calculated the filter materials consumption plan for three months. After comparing with the market retail price, the customer decided to produce PU air filter.
We recommended PLPG-350 (full-auto pleating machine line), PU-20F (air filter PU glue injection machine), PLFJ-2 (panel air filter gluing machine), PLPM-1210 (fully automatic printing machine) production equipment and design factory area for customers. After communication and modification, he signed contract with us.
Due to epidemic, our engineers could not install equipment at site, so we record video about how to install and debug equipment as well as the operation video.
After receiving the equipment, we supplied online support for our customers when they install the equipment and solve their problems timely. During the trial operation period, our engineers helped to guide the operation online.
Then, all the production line runs normally and started mass production.
