PLM-60L Hot Melt Adhesive Melter

• Capacity reference: 60 L tank reference for matching adhesive storage and replenishment requirements.
• Pump options: Single- or dual-pump options to be specified for the required delivery conditions.
• Hose connection options: 4- or 6-connection options for matched heated hoses and application heads.
• Electrical & installation: AC 380 V 50/60 Hz reference supply. Assess sustained melting and delivery capacity, utilities and installation requirements for the selected configuration.

Applications: Review selected packaging, furniture, textile or foam lamination, filter manufacturing and general assembly tasks as complete process projects. Confirm adhesive viscosity, coating or dispensing method, average and peak consumption and line interfaces. A larger storage volume does not by itself guarantee a higher speed or continuous output; reactive PUR requires a separately assessed setup.

General electronics assembly inquiries are subject to process review; precision dispensing, potting and low-pressure molding are not included by default.
