Features

Intelligent welding modes. Supports single-step and continuous welding; adjustable 1–10 weld passes; ultrasonic and pneumatic cylinders can be individually switched off for precise alignment, minimizing material waste.
Multi-ultrasonic system. Four high-power ultrasonic units ensure strong, leak-proof welds for multi-layer filter materials, meeting complex trapezoidal bag requirements.
High-precision drive control. Delta servo system (Taiwan) with SMC pneumatic cylinder ensures precise, stable welding movements, high repeatability, and consistent product quality.
