The Efficiency of Diesel Filter Filtration Materials Reaches 98.5%–99.2%

The diesel filter filtration materials are mainly composed of two parts: coarse filtration part and fine filtration part. The coarse filtration part uses a water-oil separator, which can effectively separate water from oil, achieving a separation efficiency of up to 95%. The fine filtration part uses a fuel filter, whose core material consists of two layers of composite filter paper made from cellulose and synthetic fibers. The outer layer is made of synthetic fiber materials such as PES, PET, and PBT, which are fixed onto the wood pulp fiber base paper through melt-blown and thermal/ultrasonic welding techniques. The base paper is treated with a special resin and pleated after high-temperature curing, giving it excellent water resistance. The filter rating of this filter paper can reach 4 microns, with a filtration efficiency of 98.5% to 99.2%, ensuring efficient filtration and cleanliness of diesel.
