Step 1: Evenly apply glue on the upper and lower end caps of the filter element, with no gaps or overflow.

Step 2: Install clips on the filter paper, with the ends of the clips not exceeding ±0.5 mm.

Step 3: Fix the filter paper between the upper and lower end caps.

Step 4: Conduct temperature control and chain speed control to control the shaping degree.

Step 5: Assemble the filter element, threaded cover plate, and shell.

Step 6: Oil filter sealing

Step 7: Test the air tightness of the oil filter.

Step 8: Apply powder coating the surface of the oil filter.

Step 9: Label the oil filter.

Step 10: Install the rubber sealing ring at the bottom.
