It can be matched with the rotary machine to realize the automatic slitting and cutting of the filter layer. After the filter layer is cut, the two sides are even and even, and there is no burr or rotten edge at the incision.
The slitting machine is equipped with a pressing plate and stripping device to ensure that the filter layer after the wave is passed from the corrugating machine into the slitting and cutting knife, and does not fluff up in the middle. The height of the platen and beading device is adjustable, and it is required to raise or lower all around at the same time, and the adjustment is convenient and smooth.
The distance between the cutters can be adjusted to realize the slitting of different filter layer widths.
The two sides of the filter layer are equipped with adjustable spacing bars to achieve the fixation of the filter layer and prevent the filter layer from swinging left and right when it is cut.
