The PLGT series is specifically designed for oil, fuel and heavy duty filter pleating, with operating temperatures up to 300 °C and pleat height coverage from 10 to 70 mm. It helps produce clean, stable folds even when processing heavy media.

Different filter products require different media widths, pleat heights and production capacities, so the machine specification must match the actual production requirement. The PLGT series includes four models, from the compact PLGT-420 to the wide format PLGT-1000N, covering pilot runs, standard production and high volume output.
