Progressive Die

Progressive die is a highly efficient stamping tool widely used in the filter manufacturing industry. Inside the die, multiple stations work step by step to gradually punch and form steel sheets or other metal materials into the required parts. Using coil-fed steel strips as raw material, together with feeding systems and presses, progressive dies enable automatic, high-speed, and stable production. Each stroke can produce one or more finished parts, greatly improving efficiency.
