PLLS-WK-1 Deep Drawing Mold

The deep drawing mold is mainly used for producing filter housings and similar cylindrical metal parts. By utilizing the ductility of metal materials, flat sheets are gradually drawn into cup-shaped parts through single-station or multi-station deep drawing presses. Parts are generally formed by multiple drawing steps (requiring multiple sets of dies), with the final step trimming the edges to ensure accurate dimensions and smooth appearance.
