PLM-20L 20 L Hot Melt Adhesive Melter

• Capacity reference: 20 L tank reference for adhesive storage and supply planning.
• Pump & hose options: Single- or dual-pump options and 2- or 4-connection options to be specified for the intended adhesive and application heads.
• Electrical configuration: Reference heater rating of 15 kW and AC 380 V 50/60 Hz supply; confirm the selected electrical build.
• Installation planning: Reference dimensions of 926 × 578 × 935 mm for installation planning. The technical offer defines the final pump, hose and applicator package.

Applications: Discuss selected packaging, bookbinding, woodworking, textile or foam lamination, filter bonding and general assembly processes. Adhesive grade, operating viscosity, material combination, coating or dispensing head and line conditions must be reviewed for each project. The supply unit is not a complete coating or assembly line and is not automatically suitable for reactive PUR.

General electronics assembly inquiries are subject to process review; precision dispensing, potting and low-pressure molding are not included by default.
